Fees and Billing Information:
At this time, The Milestones Center is not participating in health insurance plans and would be considered an out-of-network provider. Payment in full is due at the time of your visit. We would be happy to provide a receipt and paperwork for you to submit to your insurance plan for reimbursement. It is your responsibility to check with your health insurance plan, prior to your appointment, to ascertain your expected reimbursement. Please contact your insurance company, as many plans are covering neurodevelopmental assessments even if we are out of network, due to the fact that there are few providers in this area.
Fee Schedule:
- New patient consult (99205): $600
- Developmental Testing: $300
- Follow Up Visit (99215): $300
- Follow Up Visit Short (99214): $250
- Follow Up Visit Brief (99213): $200
- Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule (ADOS): $600
- Dyslexia Testing (2 hours): $600
